There’s nothing quite like a classic A-frame cabin and this one’s particularly impressive when you take into account its cost and construction time: just $700 and three weeks, respectively. Built using scrap materials, it sleeps two people and even comes with solar power.
The unnamed cabin measures just 80 sq ft (7.4 sq m) and is clad in tongue and groove siding, as well as recycled timber and windows. A section of perspex sheeting also lets in plenty of natural light.
It includes a little porch area and an entire wall lifts up, while nearby hammocks and camping chairs offer a place to relax.
The interior decor is really nice and sets this one apart from a lot you see around. Though, there are few amenities – just a camping stove, some solar power, and two single beds. That said, an outdoor toilet and shower lie nearby.
