With its brutalist-like aesthetic, the Koda will appeal to those looking for something a little different in their tiny house. Designed by Estonian firm Kodasema, it can be constructed and installed within just seven hours and then dismantled and moved to another location with ease thanks to its prefabricated construction.
The Koda measures just 26.4 sq m (284 sq ft) and features a spacious and stylish decor. Its interior is split over two floors, and includes a living room, bathroom, kitchenette, and a bedroom and laundry room upstairs.
It’s made wholly from concrete, just 9 cubic meters (317 cu ft) in all, and requires no foundations. All it needs is a suitable level surface like gravel, asphalt, and the like – making this an impressively flexible tiny house.
It’s also pretty green. The windows are quadruple-glazed and roof-based solar-panels reduce grid-based electricity usage, cutting down on bills.
