YouTuber and small living enthusiast Levi Kelly recently created what he calls the world’s smallest mobile tiny house – a micro-camper that squeezes in a bed, toilet, and even a shower within its tiny footprint.

The micro-camper is based on a Japanese off-road Honda Acty pickup truck. The engine and transmission were all in good shape, so it was largely left alone mechanically, thoguh it was repainted from blue to the military green shown here, along with some upgraded wheels.

The camper shell is installed at the rear and was custom-built using a wooden frame, foam insulation, and exterior wall panels. A roof-mounted solar panel, accessed by a ladder attached to the side, provides power via a battery inside.

The interior measures just 21 sq ft (1.95 sq m) and is arranged as a single multifunctional space. The kitchen consists of a sink with a tap fed from a water bottle, with wastewater collected in another bottle. A portable cooktop is used for cooking, while a tiny alcohol stove provides warmth. There’s even a fan for ventilation, plus a little storage is available.
To access the bed, the stove is moved and the countertop lifted to reveal a pillow. The bathroom, such as it is, consists of a shower head attached to the exterior of the camper. When nature calls, a camping-style toilet is stored away inside.
