From the outside, the Bradford 26′ Tiny House looks fairly ordinary. However, Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses has packed in a few unexpected luxuries, including an elevating bed, a home projector, and even a jacuzzi-style bathtub.
The Bradford 26′ Tiny House has a length of 26 ft (7.9 m) and is finished in cedar siding with corrugated metal accents. Its living room is centered around a sofa, while the main bed is suspended from the ceiling and lowers into place on an electric winch when it’s time to sleep. A projector hidden above the window also works with a pull-down screen, making movie nights an obvious attraction.

The kitchen is compact and equipped with a breakfast bar, a two-burner cooktop, an oven, a built-in fridge, and a sink. A washer/dryer is also stashed away in a cupboard.

The bathroom is probably the biggest surprise in this model. Rather than the compact shower you’d expect, it contains a jacuzzi-style tub complete with an LED screen and built-in music player

Along with its elevating bed, the Bradford 26′ Tiny House includes a loft bedroom reached by a storage staircase. The home can also off-grid with a full solar power setup. It cost roughly US$119,000.
