The Urban Gable Park tiny house isn’t meant for constant moving around, but instead employs an increased width to create a roomy apartment-style home that includes its own porch.

Designed by Tru Form Tiny, the Urban Gable Park is mid-sized with a length of 30 ft (9.1 m). However, its width of 11 ft (3.4 m) represents a big increase over the standard 8.5 ft (2.6 m), allowing for a much more comfortable interior than is possible in standard models.
It’s finished in engineered wood, with a metal roof, and rolls around on a quad-axle trailer. Its interior combines a mix of drywall and vinyl plank floors, with custom cabinetry and graphite counters.

The entrance opens onto the kitchen, which is well-stocked with a sink, an oven and an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a full-size fridge/freezer. There’s also some storage space, plus a built-in dining table. The living room is nearby and furnished with a large sofa and a storage unit, while the bathroom looks well-proportioned and contains a vanity sink, a walk-in shower, a flushing toilet, and a washer/dryer.

The Urban Gable Park’s bedroom has ample headroom to stand upright and includes a double bed and some built-in storage, plus it has a door that opens onto that porch mentioned.

The Urban Gable Park is currently on the market from US$174,000.
