A 200-sq-ft (18.5-sq-m) tiny house doesn’t leave a lot of room for life’s little luxuries, but the Sledhaus 200 is still more capable than you might expect. Its compact interior sleeps up to two people and is affordable too.

Designed by Utah’s Irontown Modular, the Sledhaus 200 isn’t built on wheels so it must be delivered to its location by a truck. It has a length of 20 ft (6 m), which isn’t a lot, though its increased width of 10 ft (3 m) helps open up the interior. The exterior is finished in wood, and an optional deck can be added to extend living space.

Its interior is reached through double glass doors into the living area. It consists of a spacious and light-filled living room, with a large sofa, a chair, and a coffee table. An air-conditioning unit is installed too.

Nearby is the kitchen. This includes a small fridge, a sink, and some storage. The bathroom, meanwhile, is compact. Accessed by a separate door, it features a sink, a flushing toilet, and a shower.
There’s a separate bedroom in the Sledhaus 200, and it’s accessed by a fixed metal ladder. This is a typical tiny house loft with a low ceiling and enough space for a double bed.

The Sledhaus 200 is currently up for sale from US$49,600 and comes with lots of options, including its layout.
